This. Only brother and mom have driven mine so far other then me.
I trained on grandparents old pickup. Good thing I stalled that sum bitch so much lol.

Yeah sadly I agreed to teach my friend to drive stick on my car.

I must find a way to back out...

As little as I know about cars, I know that a Mustang GT isn't the best to learn stick on, even tho I did. So much unbridled power. Only took me an hour to learn but still.

Of all the stick cars I've driven, my Mustang is the most difficult.

Should be convincing my cousin to let me drive his 65 GT Fastback this spring. I hope he puts the original 4 speed in for me instead of the 5 speed he usually drives it with. We shall see how it stacks up.

Well, i only have about a 2 year experience (my wife has been driving stick all her life since she grew up in germany and that's all they drive), so I'm sure I will be a little rusty when I get back ;0)

I'm sure you'll be able to tell after a few days if she has what it takes to drive a stick. Over the years I've taught quite a few people how to drive a manual including my wife and children. I'm a firm believer that people who can handle a stick are overall better drivers.

i learned on a nissan hardbody. I finished learning when I was working for ford, driving all the mustangs and the ford GT.

Same here but I wouldnt let someone else that doesn't know how to drive stick learn on my car. I learned on it so its already been through enough
