Going to need a lot more information from you. What are you hoping to do with the car, what "help" are you looking for?

Why would we install a mod that would hurt our car??? Unless of course, installing the mod made YOU hurt the car by beating the living snot out of it hot-dogging and showing off.

As JimC asked, what are you looking for and how deep are your pockets? The most common first-mod and bang-for-the-buck is a CAI & custom tune. But even THAT may not be in your near future if you intend to go FI.

Cold Air intake with "tune", 3.73 or 4.10 gears, wheels/tires, tint, blackout tail lights, exhaust... The basics

Just don't add stickers, chrome, faux carbon fiber, stickers, crazy wings, or anything that uses 3M tape. Those will hurt your car

Does that include Louvers? Not my thread, just chiming in as a new 5.0 owner.

No mods should hurt your car if installed properly. But a tuner will actually help your performance as well as your MPGs (ever so slightly, I only get like 2-3 more if that).

A CAI will (again, if oiled correctly, and installed properly) also help marginally. However, if you plan on going with a turbo/supercharger then that money is mostly wasted.

LCAs are a must IMO, they help with stability immensely. I occasionally get stability issues with the stock LCAs and (likely) some wheel hop too. But I think the control arms will fix that.

Many have gone with steeper gear ratios as well, 4.10s and 3.73s are very popular, and if installed correctly (read: perfectly) they will not "whine" or hurt the car in any way. But give you vast performance increases.

Sorry guys I ment like things other then superchargers and pro chargers because I here they can shorten your engine life. And I've already installed a Roush CAI which I read gives me more HP and gas mileage. Is the more parts that can do the same?
