DDM Tuning HID issue
So i've had the Bi-Xenon 5000k HID kit on my 05 GT for a few months now. The fogs work great but every now and then when I flip on the low beams, they'll come on for a second then cut off. I have to turn them off once or twice then turn them back on to get them to function. And also, every now and then only the driver's light will come on. I've tried playing with the ground location on the passenger said with no improvements? Can anyone enlighten me on this issue?

Sounds like you need a wiring harness, especially because you're running two HID kits. Stock electrical systems can't always handle the increase in load when HIDs are first fired up.
A harness will...harness (lol) power from your battery, and will keep your stock system safe.

So I've played with the ground with no change. But tugging and pinching on the wire on the passenger side it would cut in and out. So as I'm driving to work they're both on today with the low beams on they're both working. But once I got on the highway and was following behind a car I noticed in the reflection that the passenger light was out once again. Like I also said this doesn't happen at all with the fog lights

I had the same issue with the 6000k kit. I wish I could tell you what the problem was. It happened to me a couple times initally after install but hasn't happened since then. I did have a really difficult time finding a good ground for the headlights on the passenger side though. I didn't have any problems with the fogs other than self induced being in a hurry problems. Maybe its the curse of the Mineral Grey Mustang?

If you get tired of DDM (I did pretty quick), check out DiodeDynamics.com. Running their kit for over a year in the Stang, and have bought pretty much all my lighting (license plate, fog, etc...) from them. Pretty good warranty on stuff too.
Just a thought. DDM is cheap, but the quality reflects that (IMO).

Soo... I get home from work just now and decided to see something before ordering any new parts. I took that winking passenger side ballast and swapped it over with the driver's side. Hooked them both up, and what do you Know. The passenger HID lit up although the first time both went out after a second so I had to turn them off and turn it back on. But the driver's side wouldn't come on. It would only flicker for that fraction of a second when turning the low beams on then go back out. So I'm gonna try one of the ballast from diodedynamics and pray to the Good Lord that this was just a faulty ballast issue.
