I do want some tips from people about what I should do for the car. I haven't really followed info on the 5.0's much since I currently have the 4.6, so I'm pretty far behind. I do know with a cai, exhaust, and tune i should be around 400 at the wheels though lol. The first mods I have planned are the CS rear diffuser, CS front splitter, pype bomb axle back, and some lowering springs. And hopefully some companies come out with some decklid panels for the new car (if the current 2010-2012 ones wont fit). Other than that though, I'm not sure exactly what I want to do with the car. And just curious. I've heard a lot about the Cylinder #8 issue... Is this something I should be really that worried about? I know Bama has a warranty if it is an issue, but I'm still curious. I'm also curious if any companies have underdrive pulleys for the 5.0? I haven't been able to find any, and I'd really be interested in some. On my 4.6 I gained about 10hp and 8tq from the pulleys and would think I'd gain at least that much on a 5.0, if not more.
First mods sound good minus the deck-lid. Doesn't it come with one?
For intake I recommend Air Raid or C&L.
Springs Eibach Sportlines
I havent heard or paid attention to underdrive pulleys much so I dont know...
Cylinder number 8 issues? Dont worry about it at all. The ONLY cases of this which are few and far between are with a non so good tuner with a very advanced race tune on 93 octane or higher. in my opinion, the owners in some cases might have also been running the wrong fuel. IE less than 93 octane... So just stick with a reputable tuner, BAMA, Lethal, Spacing the one from LMRS.... But yeah stick with them and get a solid 91 race tune and you can be 100% sure you will be ok.

Beautiful car! How are the Recaro's? How are they for longer trips (2+hours)? I'm ordering a car when I get some option/color decisions made, and was going to skip the Recaro's as "sport seats" to me generally means "short trips only".
