15 and 20 is really close anyway. If your state law is really strict on window tint like mine kind of is (50%). Then I'd do 20%. If their both illegal though then it doesn't matter really haha. Do what you'd more like. If you want a kind of close indication of what they will look like, what I did was take a photo in Photoshop. Select the windows, and paint it black in color then change the opacity in respect to what tint you want. Kind of shows a little preview to what it'll look like on YOUR car rather than just some other car.
