Default Video of my car at the track

Found this video of my car while browsing a local racing website. It's a funny feeling finding videos of your car on the internet. Thought you guys might like it.

I specially like the end of the overhead view video, there's this small "sneeze" of the Paxton as I pass under the camera man.

I did make an 11.90 @ 114mph later that night, but haven't found any videos of that run, sadly. And that was after a bad burnout, and forgetting to put my windows up. So the car is definitely capable of 11.80's.

And the transmission is holding up quite well from the daily romps I have submitted it to. No complaints.

I did 125 in mine, not on a track and a bit farther than a 1/4 mile but who cares, it was fun!

Very cool video. What rpm are you leaving at with that stall and how is a 3500 stall for daily driving? Seems like a lot.

I'm still somewhat of a track "amateur". I couldn't get the car to footbrake more than 1500rpm before the stall "grabbed" a little and pushed the car forwards a bit. So I just "idle/smash"ed it for these runs. Need to practice that.

And the 3500k stall is just fine for the street for me. It does suck sometimes when people in front of you decide to go 39mph, when the OD gear kicks in at 40mph. You get the embarrassingly long "groan" from the engine kicking the stall around. Otherwise, it just feels like you're driving a 2-speed drag car around.
