Cam/Valve Covers

Trying to figure out if all 4.6 3V Cam/Valve covers are the same. I'm trying to get some so I can Powder Coat them but I want to make sure there is no difference between certain years or even Truck vs Car 4.6 3V. Thanks for any info

not sure if truck vs car is different, but I've heard that 05-07 have a different bolt pattern than 08-09...Both will work on all years, just some extra holes on the newer ones...Experts will surely chime in...

Doh! Ford did the same thing on the 2V with different bolt patterns.

Actually the older ones had more holes the newer ones less. But I found a set of old ones had them powder coated and put them on my 2010. The 2010 covers are sitting on a shelf.
