Ty all, Sleeper gt I love your ride! Id love to make a gt a sleeper. If I got a boss I wouldnt modify anything for resale but that is kind of boring to me. I see you have all steeda suspension, are they good? I ask because they are up the street from me, TY

Welcome and another vote for the Boss 302 but I am slightly biased. I here what you are saying about not wanting to mod the Boss however plenty of people are doing it.
MF is a great forum with lots of knowledgeable people and great info but not a whole lot specifically about the Boss. Ask about mods here first and if you want there are Boss 302 only forums out there.

Welcome to the forum. You'll be spoiled if this is your first one, because this forum is generally one of the best car forums I've ever been on. Lots of steady long time members, and mostly good advice, etc.
If you like to tweak and upgrade a car, I'd say go with the GT so you can totally personalize it. That said, if road racing is your thing, that Boss was made for it. Tough call.
And by the way, there is nothing wrong with that Ford power package. On paper it makes less than the aftermarket tuners for sure. It also has yet to blow up an engine that I've ever heard of, and you get the keep the warranty for 3/36k. That tune adds torque in the low RPM range mainly, it doesn't focus on peak HP #s which is what its constantly measured against, and subsequently labelled as "not worth it". I am willing to bet most of the people saying its not worth it have never tried it. I will have that exact kit installed on my car next week, so I will definitely post up an honest review in this forum. I've had 3 other GTs (07, 09, 10) that ran a myriad of aftermarket tunes, as well as one that was supercharged. I know these cars pretty well, and won't hold any punches in my review.
