I figure I almost got into a wreck the other day. A guy with a bmw tried to cut me off when I was going on the freeway (no turn signal and there was plenty time for him to get in behind instead of trying to go around everyone, what are bmw people totally stupid? they run stop signs around here all the time too)

Anyway I watched this guy get on and then he took the diamond lane up and started to figure out that he was still not allowed to be in the diamond lane. so he weaved back and forth, finally deciding to go back in the diamond lane worried that I would go around him (and why this matters, baffles my mind I wasn't going to the same destination as he). So I'm back there in the #4 lane (slow lane) catching up to see if he wrecks his shiney bmw. He didn't. I'm sure he will some time soon though and I won't be there to call 911 to get the guy helped with the jaws of life to free him from his mangled wreck.
Interesting the guy was probably trying to show off his car to me, with a 0-60 time of 8.0s... hmm... alright.

Anyways, fortunately for you though, you have 5 star collision rating on your car and that is important. I have seen a lot of photos of wrecks over the years and haven't seen anyone unable to open the door and hop out unscathed. The car can easily be replaced if it is totaled. It seems like a lot of times people get to take parts from their totals. I'm not sure how exactly that works though.

Yep.
Started at $690 when the cars were new (already overpriced) then went to $900 and some change and it's $1300 now and counting...
And that body style is no longer made, lol.

Yep, way overpriced.

And... 4 weeks and counting. Still no car... It's been delayed over 2 weeks now. First they said the 31st. Then they said the 6th. Then they said the 11th. Now they are saying the 13th. I'm not holding my breath. Tempted to tell them they should have totaled it. But I can't sell the car cuz I didn't get it that long ago and I'll get screwed, it's got to be worth **** now because of the $11-12k worth of damage.
