Mustang 5.0 - Track Apps and Misc.
I'm looking at getting a Mustang first thing next spring. The ZO6 is getting more work done and I'll be driving it less on the street and my "agreed value" insurance is limiting my windshield time. So, I'm looking at getting another fun car. I test drove a 2013 GT with the Track Pack and Recaros this past Saturday and loved it.
However, there is one thing that has me confused. This Track Pack equipped 2013 did NOT have the 4.5" screen in the instrument cluster. No vehicle information or Track Apps. This is a big deal for me, I want that. I had assumed this was standard in ALL 2013 Mistangs. On that lot were two identical Track Pack cars for the same price...neither with the screen. Also on that lot were a few basic GT's, a vert, etc. the only ones without the screen were the Track Pack cars. This makes no sense at all to me.
I checked the cars several times and the window stickers and body/lights indicated they were 2013's.
What's the deal here?
