Thanks for all of the input guys, I have been speaking with Brent at Brenspeed and I am starting to realize I probably do not need 800hp to meet my needs.. Appreciate all of the advice.

800 HP is a LOT of power. It's not really usable on the street. I agree with the comment about 500-600 being about max for the majority of people on the street.

The 335i guys have been running meth pretty successfully for a few years now. There are some great write-ups on building systems that failed safe (as opposed to fail safe). They make use of sophisticated high-quality flow sensors to ensure methanol is flowing. If it's not, or tapers below a certain rate of flow, it reduces boost/timing instantly.

All that said, the piggybacks running on the 335i systems are much more sophisticated and adaptable than what we can do on our stangs presently, and that level of "failed safe" type systems may not be something we can do, or do easily on the Mustangs.

Thanks for the info, I figured there would be a catch like that on the mustang!
