Default Crazy HID issue

I wonder if anyone else has experienced this with aftermarket HID kits: Tires are all at 32 psi. Driving around during nice days, the TPMS light is off, the way it should be. However, I guess because of the placement of the HID ballasts, if I have the headlights on, the TPMS light on the dash will start flashing and come on steady after about 20-25 miles. One rainy days, I have tried turning the headlights off when the TPMS light starts flashing and the light goes off and stays off. The ballasts or power supply must be interfering with the TPMS signal somehow. I have even re-sync'ed the TPMS and it still does it.

When the weather is better I will move the HID boxes to a different spots and see what happens.

Probably need sensor recalibration or resetting.
Google TPMS - mustang you will get much info.

Where is the receiver for the TPMS?

You could also try building sheet metal shielding around the ballast.

The ballasts should already be contained in sheilded metal
enclosures already. The 'noise' is getting out via the power wires...

The receiver is in the SmartJunctionBox behind the
passengers side kick panel inside the cabin.
Try some ferrite cores on the power wires exiting the ballasts.
A few turns of the power wires thru the ferrites will
quench any high frequency interference that might
be making its way back to the SJB.
Or relays powering the HIDs directly from the battery
with the SJB only controlling the relays coil will also isolate
the HIDs from the SJB somewhat.
But with that said...
Its unlikely the HIDs are interfering.
Quality HIDs already address this problem internally
keeping the interference within the ballasts themselves.
I would suspect the wet SJB syndrome first.
