Default LCA from AM!

I got a few questions for you guys...
Which LCA do you guys prefer? J&M or BMR
Do you prefer rigid bushings over spherical bearings?

Currently I am shopping American Muscle and I have found two that I like the looks of:
J&M Extreme Joint LCA (spherical bearing) and BMR LCA (rigid bushing)
On American muscle, there are many reviews on the J&M compared to the BMR.
There are also more reviews on the rigid bushings over the spherical bearings. Which one should I go with?
Price is not really an issue as long as it stays in $200 range.
Thanks

Bearing (rod end) LCA's can lead to NVH issues. I have tried the J&M bushing LCA's and they work great with the 3 piece bushing design. I have never tried the BMR's but I haven't heard anything bad about them. Not sure if they use a 2 or 3 piece bushing. I am using Steeda billet bushed (3 piece) now.

I have the extreme joints and they work well and are well made.

Now if I were buying today, I'd probably get the spohn control arms with sperical delrin bushings on both ends. That should give me the most articulation with the least wheel hop.

Probably overkill for anything, but a supercharged car.

I run UPR's rod end LCAs. They are stiff as hell and do transmit some noise, but you can't beat rod end LCAs for the drag strip.

noise is the least of my concern considering I have side exhaust

Does anybody know if stiff lca's will help with my oversized tires slightly rubbing when I hit a large dip/bump on the highway?
I'm hoping they will provide a stiffer ride and absorb the shock from the bump a little better.

No. Stiffer springs/shocks might help, but LCAs transfer forward movement, not up and down.

Since my car is na and bolt on (probably 315 whp) can I reuse the factory bolts if I use thread lock on them?
The instructions tell you to reuse bolts but others say to buy new from dealership but they are Expensive.
Do you think I will be ok with old bolts?
Thanks

You can reuse the bolts, just slap on some blue Loctite and you'll be good to go.
