Welcome to the forum.. There is a lot of great knowledge here so before you buy ANYTHING or turn a screw, check here first. Many folks tend to leap before they look and waste valuable money on... poor choices.

Welcome to the forums from Alabama. Love the color of your ride. Don't mind Nuke. He has dementia. Comes with old age.

The motor, she will not die. I beat her and I beat her, but she laughs at me and grows stronger every day. Other than a burnt clutch and a bent tensioner (before I put the ten rib belt system on), this bitch refuses to break.

A guy over on s197 was going to keep upping his boost until the motor grenades. He got to 919hp on stock block and it still didn't grenade. They took it out and even inspected it to show everyone it was stock.
Granted on a dyno and not at the track but still pretty impressive

Those 4.6's are beast motors. Watched a you tube vid of a 4.6 taken out of 99GT sitting in junk yard for 10 years, drained oil, plugged everything up and WHAM instant turn over.

They're like Bebe's kids they don't die they multiply.
