fan relay keeps melting

I get the temp switch from Jegs and also a radiator hose adapter
to mount it in the upper radiator hose.

I went from the fuse side of the coolong fan fuse
with a homemade fuse tap..
This grounds the fan relay coil like the PCM does
at 208F but at 180F instead.
One side of the switch is grounded and the other
goes into the side of the modified OEM high speed
fan relay.

I have written a HOW TO on fixing this problem, it was easiest to host it on my Server here is the link: http://www.c0op3r.com/images/Harley/...%20mustang.htm
The short of it is that I replaced the Ford Relays with Bosch 30 Amp Relays
