Picked it up yesterday and the dealer did the TSB only thing is I still hear the noise from the passenger side. Overall it's better but still makes the noise on large bumps. I just started a 12 day stretch at work and won't have time to bring it in till mid month... When I get a chance I'll update and see if I can scan a copy of the invoice in for anyone who needs to see the notes...

Hysteric:
Yes, you should bring it in, I was surprised at how much of the noise I had just gotten used to and was dismissing, now with the noise gone on the highway it sounds like a new car should.

Just to update...
I brought my '13 GT back in and now they are replacing the two front struts and mounting assembly. Parts aren't in so I'll have to wait till Monday or Tuesday. Wish me luck...

Great news, I got my car back earlier today and the problem with the suspension seems to be sorted... Here are the pertinent bits from the invoice:
1st repair attempt:
C/S hears a rubbing noise in front suspension when driving over speed bumps or uneven surface
TSB 12-08-24
3078 - - - CC42
Performed TSB 12-08-24 Replaced both lower control arms, noise gone
QTY FP number Description
1 CR3Z - 3079 - C Arm ASY - Fron
1 CR3Z - 3078 - C Arm ASY - Fron

Only the noise wasn't gone...

2nd repair:
C/S when going over bumps hwy speeds or over speed bumps straight on hear a rubbing noise front end both sides
C50
Basic - 18198 CC - 69
Strut mounts making noise, seizing, binding.
Removed and replaced FT-Stut mounts, inspected FT-Shock and also replaced due to shock shaft play (binding).
QTY FP number Description
2 BR3Z - 18124 - F Shock Absorber
2 BR3Z - 18183 - D Bracket

Now the noise seems gone...

Default Another Fix

I have 2013 GT/CS Conv for a year now. The car started to develop the clunk going over speed bumps. Took it to Ford and they performed the TSB and replaced many front suspension parts. Fixed the clunk, but then it sounded like 1970 mercury while turning in parking lots or tight slow turns. Very loud squeaks coming from front right.

Took it back to Ford they looked at it for two days and called and told me that after talking to Ford they couldn't fix it and since it wasn't safety related, it was as good as they could get it.

I was quite annoyed and returned again and the tech and I were messing with the front end and as weird as it sounds, pushing on the front nose clip where it touches the head light and front right quarter panel it would make the noise. Seems like when they fixed the suspension TSB they put the front nose clip on with a smaller gap on the passenger side compared to the driver side. I fixed the problem by removing front nose clip and putting it back on with an even gap on both sides and no more squeaky parking lots.

Thanks and hopefully this will be helpful to someone.
