Is there absolutely ANY reason an alignment should cost this much?

I spent that much (159) but it was for a 3 year alignment plan. So far in a year and a half Ive used it 5 times, gotta stop adjusting crap lol.

My favorite alignment experience is with the Ford Dealership. (I have a 2010 GT...came from the factory w/ 19" wheels).

I dropped off the car for alignment and they came out after 15 minutes to tell me they couldn't do it. Apparently their alignment machine doesn't work with 19" wheels...too big.

I could hear the banjos playin' in the background as I drove back to civilization to get my alignment done elsewhere.

In that case it's fine but they have a tendency to rush the job in and put you at the end of the line, even if you manage to get an appointment.
I'm not saying it's a trend but it happens...

I used to do alignments all the time. Anything more than $80 is ridiculous. And I'm sure doing them any S197, seeing how they're still relatively "newer", they'd be a breeze.
