so i just recently came into some money and have decided to dump a fair amount into the stang, the only problem is i have a tuning issue. i want to put a set of comp cams xfi spr stage 2 cams in (part #127500) but they require changing the maximum cam retarding to 20 degrees. i know i cant do this with my diablosport tuner because it is an older model. i didnt know if there were any moderately priced tuners made by sct or diablosport that i could use to make these changes. any help is appreciated.

cams like that that you have to set a maximum to its adjustability, you really need to get limiters, they actually go inside the cam phasers so that even if the tune doesnt call for beyond 20*, it wont accidentally go beyond that limit in a moment of high revving/etc

Modifying the cam tuning really needs to be done by people who know what they are doing and the common car owner wont have the knowledge/programs to write these tunes, try American Muscle or Brenspeed for well known email tuners

Just get a real tune from Brenspeed.
