Sanderson Eleanor GT - interested in knowing more about these cars...
Merry Christmas everyone - I'm interested in buying a Mustang in NC, it's one of the 2006 Sanderson Eleanor GT's that were built by them and marketed thru Legendary Motorsport. It has the Saleen Supercharger, Racecraft suspension, starter button, Baer brakes, etc. it's car #4 out of the 12 that were built in its 1st year of availability.
I believe Sanderson is no longer in business and this car has no paperwork, other than the original owner's title (copy), and an owner's manual (factory FoMoCo). Is there anyway I can get this car verified as being a true Sanderson built car? It has the dash tag and sure as heck seems like a legit example, but you always want the paperwork for cars like these...
Price is real good ($27,500) and it only has 11,250 miles on it - any thoughts?
Here's a pic of the same car - not the exact car, but its twin.
Thanks
Dave

Sanderson were the guys in collaboration with Carroll Shelby came up with the original Eleanor GT500-E cars. They were built by Unique and sold thru Sanderson I believe...
Here is a little info about the Sanderson guys >> they DO use the Cervini kit but everything is molded into the body panels - not just "stuck" on.

Here's one that sold thru Barrett Jackson

If I can get any paperwork on the car I'm going to pass on it...
Thanks
Dave

2006 Sanderson Mustang Eleanor
Hi all. I bought a barely used Sanderson Mustang "Eleanor" recently. It is #2 of 8 made that year. It was the one originally owned by Adrian Gonzalez. I was looking around to find where the other seven cars from that year or any of the 50 made the following year ended up. I would like to contact the owners if possible because i have some questions regarding my car. The only information i can find is on my own car.
