Adding cams to my car netted me a tenth faster times at the drags. The actualy HP number is so subjective, hard to say. It would just be a guess. With stock cats and shortys their gains will be limited. But I undertand your in Cali where its illegal to do anything. You will love the tone thats for sure. Who is doing the tune?

Probably around 300 rear wheel hp. Xmas are nice addition. Great sound and some performance gains. Enjoy

Blacksmoke had LTs/FRPP cams/Intake/Tune for his '06 GT and his dyno sheet showed 317 to the wheels. But you have shorty headers so you should make lower than that.

Edit: Here's the dyno sheet

Did you get them? From an idle sound standpoint, very small RPM changes (hand held tuners like the diablo predator allow changes in 50rpm increments) in engine idle speed setting can make a big difference :-)

Yah, they can be a little finicky stetting up, but It's all in the tune . Try to find someone who knows what they are doing. You are going to love them !

If I am lucky, I will have them this year. If you haven't been able to drive them hard yet, wait until you do. You won't stop grinning. My experience came from a car that had those cams, a tune, and muffler deletes. It pulled so well all the way to it's new red lien set at 6,500 I believe. I was impressed and immediately need a set.

A friend of mine had CMDP's, UDP's, intake, tune, cams, and catted long tubes (i believe) and he put down 330-335rwhp.

Take a look at the torque on the dyno sheet. It's flatness tells you the story of cams.

Here is my no-motor mod dyno:

Here is my longtube, offroad mid pipe dyno:

Here is the dyno from above:

I know that guy had other mods but you can see the difference made over all. If, when you get your dyno done, you could send me a few .drf's from the dyno I would be very grateful as I like comparing dyno results with various mods and put together helpful guides backed by numbers.
