I have a 2013 auto with 2.73 right now and I'm thinking about going to 3.73. Will this make a difference out of the hole? I only have the CAI right now but am planning on getting a Obama tune soon. Just wondering if it's worth the expense.

2.73 to a 3.73 will feel like about 100hp on the *** dyno... do it

The Obama tune will just take horsepower from your car and distribute it to other cars on the forum with less horsepower... don't do it!!

the one thing that bothers me about this discussion is you got no suspension mods. Set up your rear suspension properly. i read you dont go to the track you just want alittle more stop lite zoom. gearings up normally will always improve 60 ft times. But It does effect engine rpm band. Try setting up your rear suspension first auto trans Pinion angle about - 2 to-3. Manual trans guys are running -3 to -5 depending on tire combo. Know at the track with proper rear set up are getting .2 to.4 tenth 60 ft improvements. Id start with suspension and then if you want more goto the 4.10s. But just swapping gears without modding the suspension is just wasting $$$ cause your not taking full advantage of the potential. JMO . Good luck which ever way you go.

I vote for 4.10's, and like the poster above said don't neglect the suspension setup - power is useless if you can't get it to the ground.

My best 60' time is a 1.65 ('05 gt, manual trans, 3660 lbs, 4.10's, cj springs, strange adj struts/shocks, mickey thompson et street bias ply tires).
