I have been running running AM Bullitts 17x10 with MT ET Streets II 295/45 drag radials on my blown 06 automatic. Never had a traction issue. Before that I ran stock 17x8 wheels some MT et steets bias ply tires. Super traction but they got cut down by a sharp rock so I moved on to drag radials as my track is full of sharp rocks.

I recently just bought Nitto 555r 305/40/18 to run as a daily driver DR mounted on Micky Thompson SC-5 wheels.....me likey!!!

I must have been looking in the wrong place lol. Found them for something like $225/wheel, which for wheels, isn't bad at all (relatively speaking). Not the $99 special AM runs sometimes, but certainly not $3-400 per that is common among the name brands.

What is your power output, FI or N/A, auto or stick? These factor into which wheel/tire combination would be best for you.

its a 2014 6 speed, Bottle fed. wont see dyno for another month or so but we figuring 550-600 hp. have the brembo brake package so was wondering whats the smallest rim 15,16,18??? that will fit the rear. shooting for 28x10 for tire size.

15x8 darkstars or similar will clear no problem. 15x10 need a swaybar relo kit. I am running 28x10 on 00 7.5 inch mustang 16" wheels ok.

With Brembos you'll need 17s on the front. 15s are no problem on the rear.
