Default 2006 Strut Replacement

I will be installing Koni Yellows soon on my 2006 GT. The car has 60K on the clock. Are there any parts I should think about replacing while I have the struts out? I am using the newer style lower fine thread bolts. Any wear parts that are worth replacing on the tops?

I currently do not have any noise or popping.

Yeah, if you don't have lowering springs you may as well do that while you replace them. Other than that, or if you're not into lowering, you could upgrade the strut mounts. But nothing is necessary.

Yep. Since you're in there replace the strut mounts. Helps the ride.

I wouldn't get the GT500 strut mounts if I were you. I didn't notice a difference between those and the stock ones, and they both clunked.
