Default About to purchase a used 2014 GT

Hello all!

After selling my 93 cobra years ago, I have decided to dive back in and get myself a 2014 GT.

I'm buying it used, for 27,990. It was a lease vehicle, only has 3,770 miles. It's not a premium and has the 18" painted rims.

My question is, before being what should I look out for?
There are some things missing that I would prefer to have, but if I can get the down the road it's no biggie, so can I get the below items, aftermarket and fit in as if it were manufacturer added?

-Bluetooth
-Back up censors

That's my only real want outside what it already offers.

I have a few days, not settling on anything yet. What do you guys think?

Honestly? My local dealer has new base model GTs with a couple options on it for that same price. Depending on where you live and the deals from ford and the dealer, you might find a new one for that price.

See if you can get them lower.

Agreed, I would search high and low for a new one if I was spending that amount of money. Good luck!

yeah, like they said, that's barely anything off base price.

$1,000 off for something that could have been heavily abused the first few thousand miles of it's life and doesn't have all the options you want? No thanks. they'd need to come way down or just get a brand new one so you know what you are getting into.

Ford is offering a $3,000 rebate right now, so it starts at 32,035 (with destination charge) and goes down to 29,035.

There are so many dealerships in texas you should be able to get them to fight for your business offering you deals.

I was wrong. Found this one, new for 26,700

It's not the color I want, I want Dark Grey or dark blue. How can I use this to find what I want?

I am always looking at Mustangs on CL. There is a 2013 premium, auto, SGM listed for $29,500 and a 2013 premium, manual, red, and nav for $29,900.

YOu can't really add bluetooth unless you get an aftermarket head unit. Most start at around $200 and then another $200 or so for parts. An aftermarket headunit with backup sensors and bluetooth would probably be around $1000. THis wouldnt include install prices.

That isn't that bad of a deal if you do your homework and make sure the car is in good condition.

I just did a quick and dirty search going by your basic profile. I used the Dallas TX area and within 200 miles. I don't know where in TX you are.
