Default NA 3V Stroker dyno

I got my car dyno tuned yesterday and the car made 340/337 with the dyno registering 92 degrees. It could use some UDPs, maybe a diff. TB, etc. I will post up the dyno sheet when I get home. These are not the final plans for the car, I have more planned so I am not too worried about it. Here are the mods:

-Livernois 298 short block 9:7:1
-Stock heads
-Comp 127500 cams
-Comp steel retainers
-Comp 26125 springs
-CMDPs
-39lb Injectors
-FPDM wiring upgrade
-A/C Delete
-BBK Long tubes
-BBK O/R X-Pipe
-Pype Bombs
-Stock ported/polished TB
-JLT Series 3 CAI
-McLeod RST

Honestly those aren't bad numbers. I don't think you'd pick up much (if anything) from a TB - that's likely not holding you back any. The big question is how does it feel when you drive it?

It looks like your stroker block is at 9.7:1 compression as opposed to 9.8:1 compression of the stock block. That would be a couple ponies, but it's nice that your torque is still right up there with the power.

It runs harder than the 4.0 with a Vortech which made similar numbers. Overall I am still happy with it and have a good foundation for more down the road!

With the low compression, you need to be comparing the area under the torque curve, not the peak hp/tq numbers. I would venture a bet that it's making significantly more torque down low than a stock 3v with bolt-on upgrades. To say the added stroke did nothing is misleading without showing the entire graph to tell the whole story.

Your car is making nice numbers. And you are setup for boost later on. Are you going to go with boost later or try to bump up compression?

Yeah, that torque curve is more broad and flat than a stock 3V. You have no reason to be disappointed in the peak numbers if you are planning F/I. No go pull some stumps!
