Default brake bleeder recommendations?

I want to change and upgrade my brake fluid and give them a good bleed, I have heard that using a bleeder, like a motive or mityvac will make it easier as well as give you a better bleed than the two man pumping the pedal method. Any recommendations? I want to spend under $60.00, probably will only get used 2-3 times a yr

Those look cool, I have heard of them, never tried them, love the price, but they have some mixed reviews on amazon about fitment, and breaking/leaking. Might have to try them

I always invested in some good beer and sourced a friend to pump the brakes.

Agreed, just do it the old school way that you already know.

I did mine myself. I just used a bucket to sit a bottle on top of it. Just make sure you keep the master cylinder full and it should go good.

I've used the friend or "Wife Unit" to pump the brake, I have used my "Mighty Vac" hand vacuum pump kit, but lately I bought one of these pneumatic brake bleeders.

It comes with 4 adapters to fit the reservoir bottle over the MC (and I just cut a hole in a piece of tempered particle board to uise it on my old style '77 F-150 MC that does not have a round top opening).

Before using, simply back each bleeder screw out a little and wipe on some grease on the threads to seal the threads, then screw back in.

Start at LR, then RR, then LF, then RF if doing all 4.

Check supply bottle over MC occasionally, it will pull a quart of brake fluid faster than you think.

I paid $20 on sale, looks and operates like same one elsewhere at more $$$. Has a hold on feature that easily locks on so you can go check supply.
