Default No power to window motor

My driver side window motor is working(i have tested it) but not receiving any power. Passenger side operates properly. I checked fuse #44 and it is intact. Pulling it cuts power to at least the passenger side. I assume that the windows are on the same relay. Any help is appreciated.

Dig into the wiring diagrams here: http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=40

Keep us posted.

So I could not find a problem with any fuses and bought a new/used switch. It worked when I initially plugged it in and left to complete everything another day. Went back and turned the accessories on and the switch suddenly doesn't work. Again. I've run out of ideas.

If you're saying you put a new switch in and it worked but later didn't, then I'd double check the switch functionality and then look for intermittent wiring. The fact that it momentarily worked should tell you that the motor is good and you have power (or HAD power).

Figured out it wasn't the switch. Once I figured out which prongs went where the switch tested good. Loss of power is only on RF window wires. So Y, VT-LG, and WH-BL wires do not show continuity when tested with R-LB power wire. The power loss must be at the smart junction box.... right? I'm not sure where to start on that one. Suggestions welcome. I'm going to get down there and do a visual check.

I had the water-coming-in-through-the-dash problem with leaves that had clogged the drainage under the cowl so that may be related but I took care of that problem a couple of years ago.
