No tune required CAI's typically add about 3-5 RWHP... if you're lucky... on these S197's. A good CAI & tune will yield about 15-25 RWHP depending on a few other parameters.

Diablo handhelds are no better or worse than the SCT's. It's the quality of the tune that matters. The 2 are different platforms, that's all. The SCT is more widely used. Both come from the manufacturer with "canned" tunes which are garbage. You can get good custom tunes written by AM/BAMA, Brenspeed and a few others. Even my Brenspeed 87 octane custom tune ran circles around the stock 87 tune.
