Default I'm back... with the the the... THE GRINCH

So after a wild spree of buying Mustang after Mustang, a restore project and an accident... then having to go automatic for a bit, then getting a challenger I decided I couldn't wait for the 2015 and ended up picking up a slightly used GHIG 2014 GT.

The car had 621 miles on it and the history is as follows.

guy bought it in Dillsburg, PA in November 2013, we have a bad winter, in January he trades it for a Juke, Nissan dealer misrepresents it as a Shelby (Previous owner put Shelby stripes on it with the word "SHELBY" in it, and shelby badging on the back of the decklid. a hood scoop with ROUSHCHARGED on it and bad checkered flag stripes, not too mention rear window louvres which I removed promptly.

It came with Roush Axlebacks and Roush CAI, and it was hail damaged. Because I had seen the car with the hail damage before I opted to buy it, although dealer fixed it I still held them accountable for it

Traded my 100th anniversay 2014 Challenger and my 2001 Grand AM GT1 for this car which I skedaddled away from the dealer with it for $26k

It is a premium with Leather but no comfort package. GHIG with 19" wheels and four stand pedalstal spoiler. 6 speed manual with 3.55:1 option.

Here is a picture taken late last night when I got it home.

I am sure I will pour ungodly amounts of money into this like the last 6 I did, but I know i'll see you guys at the AM show and most likely be hunting down parts.

Thats Bad A$$ I like it. Congrats!! since the dealerships mistook it for a Shelby, I wonder if when the guy traded it in they were dumb enough to give him the trade in value of the Shelby.

I hope they did pay him Shelby price...it's nice to see the little guy win for a change since stealerships screw people over nearly every chance they can.

I don't think they did but it did sit on their lot for 6 months.

Basically I stole this car with my two trades and cash in my pocket on return.

I was going to say If you didn't walk away with a nice sum of cash you got screwed considering the Challengers are usually a more expensive car right off the bat then a mustang. Why I don't know the performance for dollar isn't their in the Challanger. Challenger is more of a gentleman's hotrod. Congrats it is a cool color. It is a three way tie between Dark Highland Green, Legend Lime and Gotta Have It Green.
