HELP ME convince wife to get 2014 Mustang GT instead of Camero SS
#23
So glad you went with the Mustang. I had a 2010 V6 2LT. I added an OEM HUD unit on my own - the only feature I wish I could get in the Mustang.
While I liked the interior of the Camaro, all you have to do is look at it and it will scratch. It's also near impossible to see out of. There are more after market parts coming out and there are some really dedicated folks who come up with some neat retrofits (that's how I was able to add the HUD).
However, the Mustang is so much better in all ways. From what I can tell from spy shots, GM hasn't done enough with the 2016 Camaro to make it much better. It looks like a facelift from what I can tell. I've driven the 2015 Mustang and I absolutely love it.
BTW - look at the rear quarter panels of any used Camaro - in front of the rear tires. You won't find one without major chipping. It's impossible to have really good paint and can drive a perfectionist, like me, insane.
BTW the Z/28 isn't made to be a daily driver. The DD version is the ZL1, the competitor to the GT500.
Congrats on your new ride!!

Thanks guys I am very please with it and the wife loves it too. She has taken to the manual very well like riding a bike you never forget. I felt with the price I got it for I cannot get hurt to bad even if I want to sell in a couple of years.
