I'm just glad I was able to get them installed correctly. Just another thing I now know how to do if I ever need/want to again. It's actually not that hard with the proper set of tools. I'm guessing my caliper just froze up from being off the car. Maybe I hit the brake or something when the calipers weren't installed and it pushed the piston out a bit and froze like that. I'm gonna go to autozone and rent a tool to push it back in like when replacing pads and see if that helps.

Got the caliper fixed this morning. Still don't know what happened to it. All I had to do was go to autozone and rent one of those caliper push in deals to turn it and push it in at the same time. Once I did that and reinstalled the caliper everything was good.

Still no whine at all. In fact, I'd venture to say that this install is quieter than the stock gears were.

Awesome-sauce.....must be a good day today, as my interior L.E.D. swap is up and going again after I found out what was wrong. I'm envious of your dedication to not give up.....AND having them working right!

Yeah, it's a great feeling that's for sure. And now I have a set of 3.73, the 3.31 (3.33's?) and 4.10's so I can change it up however I feel. It also lets me continue on to the next project I have lined up which is a speaker swap and dynamat.

Went and beat her up on some open stretches to shake it down. It sure gets up in the triple digits quick now! No whine or noise even at 130.

It's a tall challenge to do this right. And you did it. Pretty awesome. Good job.
