A decent set of DRs for the track will solve the issue. I wouldn't go to the track again without track tires on. I've gotten so out of control because of traction issues I swore I would never go again without track tires.

The OP should be in the 12.5 range with the power he has.

What was the DA? If it was high then its gonna hurt your ET. Are you spinning at all in first and second? If so then drag radials are needed. Leave off idle. Adding any rpm will flash the convertor lower and result in slower ET. Shallow stage..meaning only move forward enough to fully stage....dont roll anymore. That will improve your ET. Losing some weight will improve your ET as well. Other than that you need more power to improve your 60ft. Better DA, less weight, more power but you have to have traction.

Lower Control arms, adjustable mounts, Adjustable Upper control arm, and mount, also battery in trunk to help with weight distribution.

I went back to the track today and ran my fastest time of 13.13 @107mph with a 2.0 60ft. There was a trans am there also that ran a 12.6 @105-106, so I'm assuming a trap of 107mph is enough to get me into the 12s. The DA is around 1200-1500ft here tonight, so what kinda times would I run at other tracks with better conditions do you guys think?

If you get more traction, generally your trap will go down a bit. But your ET will is the most important. You would run neck-in-neck with the trans am if you pur DRs on.

With a better DA you could see two tenths improvement. That Trans Am could have gotten those times with a good torque convertor or high rpm clutch dump and gears.
