I recently took my car up to the dealership and found out it was part of the mass airbag recall. It's a 2014 GT so I assume quite a few newer Mustangs will be affected by it. I was told notices will start getting mailed out in July.

yeah I saw the post just now. I didnt realize there was already a thread on it. I'll probably get it sorted out on mine next month.

I would at least call now and find out how long of a wait for the part to come in. You could be waiting a few weeks to a month.

I have to take my 2012 in for an inspection first to determine if mine needs replacement, has anyone else been told that?
