Default something wrong with my headlights

I upgraded both my headlight bulbs a few months ago but now only one side will light up at first and it will only shine to 5% what it used to with the other side being fine.

When I switch to high beams both go out. Bulb seems to be fine cause I switched sides, its maybe the harness but the wires look fine just hoping to see if anyone has had this issue before, I searched but everything headlight related is for much older cars, mine is a 06 gt, thanks!

Default

it appears that you may have a ground issue, the wiring will have to be diagnosed
