Default FORD Racing Aluminum Driveshaft......WOW!!

I removed the 2-piece OEM driveshaft today and installed a 3.5" FORD Racing aluminum one and all I can say is....WOW!!

The MGW shifter was the BEST mod so far and still is but the one-piece driveshaft is a close second in that it removed ALL of the slop from the drive line and made the clutch engagement spot on......something that was kind vague before!!

I got it from Don Wood Ford for $586.69 delivered......BEST price I found by far!!

BTW....I ran it up to 120 MPH awhile ago and smooth as glass!!

This is my next project! With the MGW and K springs and the Torsen diff at 3.73 gearing, I really need a 1 piece. It's the weakest link in the chain....

I have a Driveshaft Shop 3.5" aluminum driveshaft on my car. Love it, and the 19lb weight saving is handy too.

Same here, Its the only brand that didnt have vibrations in my car an 06GT auto. Autos have more vibe issues so it seems.

One piece DS feels way better. Pedal feels directly connected to the rear wheels. All the slop is removed.
