After months of searching I finally found the closest thing to what I was looking for and got out for less than 300 a month for a 2014 GT premium with 15k miles. I did have a trade in so that helped.

Default New 2015 Mustang?

I am a proud owner of a 2013 Mustang GT premium comvertible with over 42,000 trouble free miles. It has been everything one could hope for in terms of owner satisfaction..

it is driven only during the summer months but most of the time in lieu of my other vehicles thus the higher mileage. With all the hype of the upcoming model I was anxiously looking forward to the new 2015 version and have been bugging my dealer since last March for any details concerning placing my order, which is not forthcoming as of this day.
Yesterday I read a disturbing article in this months Car & Driver that more or less says the Mustang is not exactly as good as we expected it to be and with the extra weight gain still can not out perform the current Camero which is due for an upgrade in the coming year. I am sure the IRS added the extra pork but making the car heavier is not in line with the current trend of reducing vehicle heft. The slight increase in power is negated by the extra poundage.

Perhaps other reviews may be kinder but if not, just may increase my desire to hang on to my faithful 2013 for a while longer. Some of you may have other thoughts but I am at this point undecided. Update as of 5/28/2015....I finally received my long ordered 2015 GT Premium convertible and let me tell you it I am truly amazed by the changes in this latest model, it's not the same Mustang as I imaged, everything has changed and for the better. It is quieter, smoother, more powerful and handles better, in fact it seems the only thing the same is the pony in the grill!!! You will love it.
andles better

Glad you are happy with your new-to-you Mustang.
Re the new Camero SS vs the 15 track Pony, this topic is separate and should be addressed on its own. There is a great You Tube video comparison between the two on the track where the Cameron eeks out the win, but unless you are a professional driver, I highly doubt you'd notice. The added IRS weight of 70-100 lbs is negligible compared to the gains in handling. It still weighs less than the Camero.

I got my TY delivered to my house this Wednesday night 10/29/14. Did the transaction on 10/24/14.

Wasnt expecting it until end of the week, but the driver called and said he is 40 miles away.

So I said come on down!

He had to drive 400 miles to bring it to me and he said that he had never gotten so many stares and thumbs ups in all the years he had been driving.

Its not the car I ordered. I had ordered mine on 5/20 and it still is bouncing back and forth for delivery in mid to late November.

I was on a business trip up North and this one was being delivered while I was there. I ordered mine with Recaro but this one didnt have Recaro but had a couple more options than mine. I sat in the standard seats and Recaros and the premium seats were much more comfortable, retained the power features, and climate controlled seats. And with my kids sitting in the back, the Recaros kills all their view of anything.
Plus THE CAR WAS THERE AND READY FOR DELIVERY IMMEDIATELY.

They accepted the xplan and shipped the car so I wouldnt have to drive it down 400 miles. Loving all the attention this car grabs. It is so much more refined than our S197s!!!

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pix.

I'm picking up the new ride this weekend. Is it strange that I was already ordering stuff for it before I even picked up? naaa....

2014 GT premium in the grabber blue. I got a great deal on it and it only has 9k miles on it. I can't wait for summer!
