use some sort of picture modifying program or photo bucket and re size it two the appropriate picture size.

Hey im not from Indiana but I live pretty close to the border. I'm from Illinois, well actually southern illinois to be exact but I thought I could join a chapter since Illinois doesn't have one yet. Indiana is the closest state. So will ya let me join?
