Hey yall, im way new to this whole forum thing and to the car sponsors and stuff.I was just wondering if any of yall could give me some advice on how to get sponsored, i love that. Thanks yall! This is a picture of my baby, i just got her, she's an '07 and all ive really done is paint, lowering springs, wire loom, and the spoiler so id really like to get more done to her.
As far as sponsorships we're really new to this as well. We only sponsor 2 people right now. Josh Barnett who is a Pro Wrestler and Fights in the Pride Fighting organization and David "169Stang" Beyer who has a low 9 second Turbo 05 Mustang. We're not taking anyone else at this time but the reason we took on Josh is because he's a real car enthusiast and has several mustangs in addition to him having a lot of exposure for our company s he fights professionally on TV. He actually has become a good friend of ours over time and we're glad to have him aboard. In regards to David he's made big strides in the race industry winning the Vortech Mod Motor Class in Joliet, IL for an NMRA race in just his 1st year of racing. He's also very motivated to continue racing in several different circuits this year and we'll most likely see him break into the 8's very soon. He too has become a good friend of ours and gets us a lot of exposure as well. So for us we have the celebrity approach and the racer approach so far when signing on sponsees. We haven't done any sponsorship for show cars and I don't thonk we will as we are more geared towards the performance end and less towards dressup. However I'm sure there are many other companies out there that sell tons of dressup stuff and body kits that would do it the opposite way then we did. So my best suggestion is look into companies that intertwine with what image you want to portray for yourself and your car and you shouldn't have an issue finding someone to sponsor you.

carsponserships.com is a waste. it isn't real. it's ****ty companies trying to give u a "good" deal on crap items.
sponserships arent what the company can do for you but what u can do for the company. shows, races, getting known, etc...you need a pretty good rep w/ awards, times, etc... before they will really take u under their wing, also VERY outrageous sweet ass mods help!

They suck arse.
They took my buddies money & never sent him his contract like stated. He was up for a full sponsorship. They won't respond to e-mails anymore. So he did a charge back on the 50 bucks.
