S197 Bolt-In Return Style Fuel System Info & Pricing!

We're getting real close to releasing the first and only true bolt-in return style fuel system for the S197 mustang. The Lethal Performance S197 Return Style systems will feature: Fore Precision Works Return Style Fuel Hat (Houses up to 3 Pumps) Fore Precision Fuel Rails Fore Precision Y-Block Walbro GSS342 Pumps Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator Aeromotive Fuel Filter Fragola Push-Lite Hose Fragola Fittings XRP Fittings Lethal Performance Custom Return Style Wire harness/upgrade kit and more. The system is being offered in both dual and triple pump models. We will be testing both setups on our GT500 once we receive the first test hat. We believe that the 2 pump version will be rated at the 750rwhp mark and the triple pump version will be rated at the 1000+ rwhp mark. We've got a real good feeling that this system will be very successful as a lot of shops and tuners prefer a return style system over returnless. The most common things we hear about a return style system is that it's easier to tune, holds pressure better between shifts and has a lot less electronics involved. Up until now there's been no real solution as the fuel tank on the S197 doesn't offer a favorable setup for a return fuel system. The reason for this is that the tank has 2 sides to it. The drivers side tank uses a educator to help draw fuel from one side to the other. This has been the biggest hurdle for those looking to to go return. The solution is the Fore Precision Works return style hat. The hat itself will replace your stock fuel hat assembly and still retain the OEM level sender and educator system which allows fuel to be properly drawn from the passenger side to the drivers side. It's made of high quality billet aluminum and uses mil spec wiring which is gas blocked so there will be no leaks at all. Whats great about the hat as well is that if you intend on using it in the dual pump configuration and later on need to upgrade it can be done with ease as all of the hats are actually all triple pump hats to begin with. We're very excited to say the least and can't thank Justin Fore enough for making our projects come to life with his amazing design and manufacturing capabilities.
