RE: ANYONE FROM LOUISIANA??
Alot of people go to bonnabel boat launch in metairie on weekend nights. On sundays, its a place where a bunch of rice cars go to meet before street racing. Synyster Racing is trying to start something up again out in Elmwood like in the good old days of street racing, but he's been having trouble getting people to show up.

Whats up everybody? Do any of you remember a yahoo group called LaStangs? I am...was...if it's still around, a member. But I can't seem to pull it up. If somebody has the link or correct name, please forward that to me. I would love to meet up with a group, meet some fellow stang owners. If any of you meet in Baton Rouge, let me know.

Hey everyone, anybody ever heard of SCCoLA, from a few years bak. Most of us have gotten older and moved away from the LSU area, but I'm currently moving back, should be done by the 1st or so.

Well, I'm glad I waited a few hours too long to check or I would've come out, damnit I hate missing track nights. I'm right down the road and bored as hell.

FOOMustang, I know you just changed your rear gear to a 4.10 how do you like it?
Is your mustang your daily driver?
I'm considering the 3.73, wasn't sure if I should get the 4.10 since it's my daily driver.

RE: ANYONE FROM LOUISIANA??
I LOVE MY 4.10'S
Well worth it. If I could do it over, the first 3 thigs I would do would be a CAI/TUNE combo, a driveshaft, and gears. These are probably the 3 most effective mods you can make on these cars. I still get 14mpg with the 4.10's, and I drive pretty hard. It is my daily driver, and I tach around 2800rpm at 80mph- not too bad. If you actually plan to race the car, get the 4.10's. If your just looking for a little better performance, go ahead and go with the 3.73, but don't expect that much of a change.
Also if you're and A/T, stick with the 3.73. The taller 5th gear of the stick is the only reason 4.10 gears work in a daily driver for our cars.
