is there anybody on here with a 1987 to 93 foxbody mustang with 5 speed that when u push the clutch its stiff till half way then it pops real loud and u have no clutch at all can anyone tell me what is wrong with it cause i dont want to spend alot of money fixing the wrong part

You might try the forum that addresses your year model. Also you could contact Joe Hebert at Ascension Pony Cars http://batonrouge.citysearch.com/pro...pony_cars.html . He is mainly working with the newer models, but Joe is a mechanical wiz when it comes to Mustangs. If I had to guess, I'd say the throw out bearing, fork or pressure plate splines have failed. If you have considerable mileage on the car and have never changed the clutch, it might be a good time to do that.

haha i think so actually, i recognize your ride. i've had some problems with my taillights going out. replaced 3 or 4 already since i put in those sequentials.... not sure if its related or just coincidental timing
