has anyone tried the MAF? I am thinking about upgrading to a Ford Racing MAF when I get my JLT Ram Air.

From personal experience, another bolt-on that can go on the list is a firewall clutch adjuster (quadrant also, if it's in the budget). Good Lord it helps keep the power to the ground with the ultra-quick shifts and takes a load off the syncros as well. Combined with a short-throw shifter, the adjuster makes shifting a snap on the roads and helps performance at the strip. I strongly recommend the Fiore because of it's ease of adjustability but I hear the Steeda is a quality product as well.

I think the Fiore has been discontinued. Either put $45 for the adjuster itself, $80 for it and the quadrant, or $105 for the clutch adjust kit (adjuster, quadrant, new cable). Whatever you think's best.

i think the manifold spacer helps reduce heat traveling through the manifold to the head
