Default Removing our intake manifold...

How hard is it to remove our intake manifold?

I broke a bolt when I installed the intake spacer and I am just going to pull the intake off this weekend when the car goes away for the winter.

Is it a pretty straightforward install?

Is porting and polishing worth it on a bolt on car? The car is done for winter as of this weekend so I don't care if I have to ship it out to get it done.

Thanks guys

Pulling the intake is very straight forward. Porting will help some with a bolt-on car. It's a good upgrade if you plan forced induction later on.

I don't have any plans for FI right now. Autocross and eventually road racing will be it so for right now, gobs of power isn't needed.

Will it at least show like 10rwhp?

I have heard over at M1R that he is out of the country so Roy may be a better/quicker option.

I have no idea how this stuff works so will fuel drip out of the injectors when I pull them out?
