Yeah i hate the 4x4 mustang look. I want to lower her but I just got the car on Saturday so it might take another couple weeks lol. What springs do you recommend?
H&R Super Sports for a little gap or Eibach Sportlines for slammed. I think both are around the same price, $230-240. Personally think H&R looks better. You will need caster/camber plates as well. I got J&M, they were less $ ($165) but still a reputable brand. If you feel inclined get the really nice ones I'd say Steeda is the way to go. You can probably compare different spring height in the "pics of your machs" sticky thread. Mine has Eibach Pro Kits with no isolators.
Oops it's not a sticky thread, last post in it was 03-02-2009.

Thanks and it is probably an easy question but I do not know that much about suspension, what do caster/camber plates do?
When the car is lowered the wheels bow in, requiring adjusting the angle of the strut where it mounts to the strut tower. The stock plates at the top of the tower don't allow enough adjustability if lowering more than an inch or so. The aftermarket ones do. I didn't know much about suspension either, really still don't I guess, but to save money I followed directions and installed both the plates and springs so all I had to pay a shop for was the allignment.
I know it's a few months late, but congratulations on the Mach 1. I actually have a diecast 1:18 model of a black Mach 1 (I just ordered a yellow one the other day).
Very stealthy Mach 1.
