get the H&R Race springs. trust me i have them. the ride is perfect and it handles swell.

It all depends on what he wants. Everyone says "Get what I have."

The Race IMO isn't low enough but they provide a stiffer spring rate for handling.

Just go coil-over if you are looking for handling though. The geometry of our suspension makes the effective spring rate ridiculously low when using a spring in the stock position.

If you are just looking to go low then look into the H&R SS or Eibach Sportlines.

why waste money on springs that will just slam the car and provide nothing other than "good looks" the race springs cost the same provide those "looks" and adds to the handling abilities of the car and with stock shocks actually rides better.

I personally would run a spring that gives you better handling. I will be using coil-overs soon.

Most people just want looks though. Either way, conventional springs aren't great IMO unless you are stuck with them because off SCCA classing or your car clubs classing.
