I traded in my V6 Mustang for a 2003 Mach 1 (yellow)
with under 9,000 miles. The car is mint.
No dings, chips, or blemishes. Looks like new.
I took a few pictures in the fading light.
The car sounds and performs great.

Oh, I think it is going to see quite a bit of garage time (when I'm not driving it).
I've been interested in these Mach 1s ever since they came out. I had an original 73 Mach 1 a long time ago. I have a feeling this car is going to be a keeper. I love the way it looks and sounds.

Who would want a such a hideous color? Congratulations, very nice find.
I bought a 73 red Mach 1 back in 1972. I loved the car, but I kept looking at pictures of a yellow one back then and had to admit it looked darn good. My next car was a 1978 Firebird Formula in yellow with all the black tape accents. This Mach 1 reminds me of that Formula. The yellow is very similar. Absolutely beautiful. The yellow Machs are definite eye-catchers.
No mods right now. I'm enjoying this car in stock form and it hasn't disappointed at all. What a blast to drive!

They're eye catchers indeed. A buddy with a gray one always complains that he can tell I'm coming from a mile away, while his darker color is harder to tell the different lines and accents from a distance. Being a low-mileage mint piece, I wouldn't mod it at all until you really got the bug to do it. But I would install a short-throw shifter. It improves the driving feel alot, is easier on the tranny, and can be changed back easily if so desired. Have fun with her and we're here to help.
