I'm the other way, I'm cheap and I would rather have the higher miles and the cheaper price.

thats why you have a gt that wants to be a mach...... if you can afford it get one with less miles if you plan on leaving the motor alone or you could get the loan for about 14 buy that one and spend the other 5k on building a motor so you could add as much boost as you want later.
