Default Looking to get stage 3 cams and more need help desiding

I am looking at getting stage 3 with cams with new cam gears and cam springs. I am thinking about the bellow products, what do you guys think? They are all from one web sight http://www.rpmoutlet.com/mach1cam.htm

I am also undecided about that i should get for the rest of my exhaust. i have slp loud mouth now. I am looking for the most hp gain and torque. i was thinking about mac long tube headers with mac x pipe. what do you guys think about this?

Lastly what tuner should i get so i can tune my car for a this stuff? or should i just pay someone to do it?

go to whoever is going to be tuning and building your car and discuss your goals with them... they will have the best info for you....
