Default Car sounds funny, spun bearing?

I posted this in the general section and it didnt last very long so here it is. I dont know if I am just freaking out or what but I have this wierd noise coming from my engine I think. You cant hear it when you are standing in front of the car and barely when you stand by the passenger fender but can really here it when you get down and look under the car. Sounds like a clank or knock or tick.... Idk? I will post a video tomorrow but it hasnt always done this and I was reading about a spun bearing. A spun bearing would be really loud right? The sound reminds me of an old truck or kinda like a really quiet diesel engine... And I dont think my car should sound like an old truck. Car has 45,000 miles, just changed the oil and filter. car runs fine, no power loss, just sounds wrong...

Ok its not a spun bearing thank god! I watched a few videos on youtube. also not a tick I guess or a knock because it goes away when you rev it... It is only there at low rpm (idle-1200 about). Belts?

I am leaning towards an exhaust leak. I will upload a video either tomorrow or friday. Been busy at work Also kinda sounds like a bearing that needs to be greesed at about 3k rpm. I like to think that I dont beet my car, but I do run it through the gears from time to time, it just seems like it is beginning to make new noises every week. I mean it didnt make these noises when I baught it... The sincros are noisy in first/second. I have a power steering leak so my PS is noisy. Steering rack pops like my '96 GT did. Rearend whines. I guess the only way to fix these is to replace the parts... Sucks it only has 45k miles... Maybe I will just have the exhaust done over so I cant here the noises lol.

I think Dan04COBRA hit it pretty good on a old post.

"The 3650 transmissions generally have noisey throw out bearings. The 03/04 Cobra's & Mach 1's are known to develop a head tick. Valve guides get waaay too how due to a coolant flow issue and wear. According to Ford, SVT & the hundreds of people with this problem - there hasn't been an engine failure or performance loss due to this issue. It's just a rather annoying sound.

As for anything else, remember it's a Ford and you should know everything you need to getting into this car.

Mach 1's are awesome!"

I will have a video tomorrow but I think LT will fix the problem Should I buy this as well?
