Default 2nd gear funkiness

Finally figured out why I've embarrassingly missed 2nd gear lately at the track. Under hard shifting it's a lock-out. It just doesn't want to go into gear no matter how much clutch work. Shifter is a Triax, if that matters. Want to get a adjuster/quadrant if I can convince the wifey that they're needed. Sound like a symptom of adjuster/quadrant, shifter, or syncro starting to go or something else? Hope it ain't syncro, already did 3rd AND 4th. Thx for any help.

scoot closer to the steering wheel when racing...allows for better positioning in the seat and clutch feel is more realistic

A firewall adjuster/quadrant will definitely help ya out. It helps a ton to adjust clutch engagement closer to you rather than closer to the floor. Great mod for $60.

word. from scooting up before and back after passes the motor under my seat gets as much use as the one under my hood.

its either your clutch engagment/disengagment or its your transmission Synchros. remember guys the synchros in the T3650 go out with enough beating, ive already noticed mine starting to give way with the last group of lightning fast shifts ive done. thats with the stock shifter. but a new quadrant n cable are in my list of mods.
